1. Promoter The promoter of this competition is Norwich Accountancy (“the Promoter”). 2. Competition Period The competition closes two weeks prior to each fixture (“the Closing Date”). Entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be included in the prize draw. 3. Eligibility Entry is limited to one entry per household. Multiple entries from the same household may be disqualified. There is no minimum age for entry. However, entrants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult when attending any prize event where required. Employees of Norwich Accountancy and their immediate family members may be excluded from entry at the Promoter’s discretion. 4. How to Enter To enter the competition, entrants must complete and submit the official competition entry form during the Competition Period. Only entries submitted via the official competition mechanism will be accepted. 5. Prize The prizes include general admission tickets or premium hospitality experiences at Carrow Road. The exact fixtures, dates and hospitality packages are subject to availability, may vary and will be determined by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the advertised prize where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The prize is non-transferable; cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative; and may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside the Promoter’s control make this necessary. 6. Winner Selection The winner(s) will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received before the Closing Date. The draw will take place the day after “the closing date”. 7. Winner Notification. The winner will first be contacted by telephone using the contact details provided with their entry. If the winner cannot be reached by telephone, the Promoter will contact them by email. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the first attempted contact, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random. 8. Personal Data Personal information collected as part of this competition will be processed by Norwich Accountancy solely for the administration of the competition and in accordance with Norwich Accountancy’s Privacy Policy. Where entrants have separately opted in to receive marketing communications, their details may also be used for that purpose. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entry. 9. Liability The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, corrupted or not received for any reason. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 10. General The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering this competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entrant who is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions or who has acted fraudulently. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
